Who we are…
Emro Products Pty Ltd is proudly one of Queensland’s leading die-casting companies. We manufacture, package, sell and distribute quality builder’s hardware, bathroom accessories, marine equipment, telecommunications accessories and more.
A family business, we first opened our doors in Brisbane, Queensland in 1958, producing timber window hardware and later caravan accessories. We moved to Caloundra on Queensland’s beautiful Sunshine Coast in 1977 and today, from two premises, meet the needs of customers around Australia.
What we do…
We have earned a reputation as specialists in pressure zinc die-cast, secondary machining, polishing, electroplating, and plastic injection moulding, including plating on ABS plastic.
Our stock range is extensive. We are continually designing new products and improving existing ones to meet customer needs. We also pride ourselves on our ability to produce cost-effective custom designs.
A recent upgrade and extension of our manufacturing plant sees us now able to offer a complete package to customers – from design and manufacturing, to special finishes, packaging and distribution.
Our capability…
Our current capability is a result of the dedication, loyalty and contribution of ideas from family and staff, and the state-of-the-art equipment and facilities we utilise which include:
• 80-130 tonne zinc die-cast machines,
• tool making facility,
• trimming presses,
• complete secondary machining and automatic tapping department,
• rumbling, vibrating and hand polishing areas,
• fully equipped electroplating plant,
• powder coating capabilities,
• blister and skin packaging machines,
• fully automatic poly-packaging machine, and
• plastic injection moulding capability, and
• our complete warehouse and distribution facility.
